1. How do I create a Pantherbet account?

That's easier than ever. Click on 'SIGN UP' on the main page of Pantherbet, fill in the registration form and click 'SIGN UP'. You will land at the deposit page immediately and a welcome letter will also be sent to your e-mail address you entered upon registration.

2. Am I authorised to have more than one account?

No — to ensure fair play, only one account per player is allowed.

3. I’ve forgotten my password! What shall I do?

Click Sign In, then Forgot your password? Follow the instructions in the email to reset it. Can’t access your email? Contact support at [email protected]

4. Where can I find my account history?

You can view your account history, including deposits, withdrawals, and gameplay, by logging into your account and navigating to the "History" section under your profile in the account dashboard.

5. I cant log in to my account, why?

Double check that the email address and password you entered are correct. The password is case sensitive so make sure your Caps Lock key is turned off. If you have recently changed your password and can't access your account, please clear the Cookies & Cache within the internet browser or try using a different browser. Deposits made generally show up immediately in the 'My Balance' section of 'My Account'.

8. What is the minimum amount of money I can deposit and withdraw?

We don’t have a minimum deposit amount. However! Payment providers may have a minimum transaction they will work with. So look at the payment table on your account profile and see what their minimum transaction amount is.

9. How long does my withdrawal take?

Withdrawals are usually processed immediately and credited to your account once your transaction is sufficiently confirmed on the blockchain. However, in rare cases, they may need to be reviewed by our team before being processed, which can take up to 24 hours. Please note that withdrawals may be blocked due to players' non-verification. 11. Can I play the bookmaker games without spending any money?

12. What happens if the game I’m playing freezes in the middle of a round?

In rare cases where a game freezes and you haven’t finished your game rounds, usually the game round is played out on our server and the winnings, if any, are added to your account. 13. Why do I have some unfinished games showing in my Profile?

In case any technical problems occur while playing, some of your game rounds may stay unfinished. To finish the game, just go to the "My Account" page, scroll down to the "Unfinished Games" area and click the "Cancel" link.

14. I can’t get the game to start when I click the link. What should I do?

First, please check your Flash and Java software versions. To play any of the games, players must have the latest version of Java and Flash installed on their devices. Second, check your Internet connection because you might have lost it. Third, please clear your browser cache and cookies, restart the browser and try again. 17. How long does it take before my documents are approved?

It is usually done right after you upload or request to check the documents, although sometimes this procedure may take up to a few hours. If document approval is taking too long, just email [email protected] or contact us via live chat.

18. Where can I see the status of my documents?

You can check the status of your documents on the same page where you upload them, i.e. in your Personal Profile. Simply choose the 'Verification' tab to see it.

19. Why do I need to verify my account?
